Renewal value:
The renewal value is 279 riyals. The price is fixed and does not change. It is paid (electronic payment via Mada).

Can I get a replacement for a lost one?
If the package is renewed monthly, it cannot be replaced and must be recharged for the customer.
How do I receive the SIM card?
You can receive it from the shipping companies SMSA or Aramex.
Can the package be paid in installments (monthly)?
No, the monthly package cannot be paid in installments because it is for one month and you will continue to pay even after the package ends. Installments are available for 3-month, 6-month and one-year packages.
Can the chip be integrated eSIM?
No, it is not possible. The chip must be shipped to you.
Insurance value:
The insurance value for the SIM card is 200 riyals and it is refundable in the event that you do not wish to renew. A return policy (shipping paper) will be sent to you free of charge. All you have to do is print it and ship the SIM card to us via the shipping company (and in the event that the SIM card is returned upon the expiration of the subscription ) , 60 riyals will be refunded as the insurance value. If the SIM card is not recharged immediately after the subscription expires, the insurance value will be deducted to obtain a replacement.
The insurance value is paid only once.
